The NUREG-0700 human-system interface design review guidelines
have been developed by the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

The complete set of guidelines is large and includes guidelines
that are not applicable for testing in a virtual reality model
constructed using HVRC CREATE. However, for those user that intend
to perform comprehensive reviews against the 0700 guidelines,
we have provided the complete set so the Verification Tool can be
used to manage the results of all tests, including those that are
not performed in the virtual model. Note that picture files can
be added to a Verification Tool review by dragging and dropping
them from your file-system onto the Snapshots panel to illustrate
a review, so it possible to use the Verification Tool to manage
all of your review data.

For users that do not require the entire NUREG-0700 guideline set,
we recommend installing the "subset" version instead, which only
includes the chapters that are directly relevant to control room
layout evaluation.

Note that if you install the full version of NUREG-0700, the Project
Management Tool can still be used to limit the number of guidelines
available to reviewers within a project in the Verification Tool.
