You are granted a non-exclusive right to install and use one copy of this Software per license acquired from IFE. You may not sell, rent, lease, or license the Software to any other party.
 
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, nor will you aid, abet, or permit others to do so, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
 
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of Software. This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon Termination, you must destroy all copies of Software.
 
As of the date on which the software is delivered to Licensee and for ninety days thereafter ("Warranty Period"), IFE warrants that the software will provide the functionality described in the software user manual for the licensed software.  IFE's entire liability and your exclusive remedy during the Warranty Period ("Limited Warranty") will be at IFE's option, (i) to attempt to correct or work around software issues, if any, or (ii) to refund the license fees, if any, paid by you and terminate this agreement or the license specific to the software. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL LEGAL RIGHTS UNDER LAW WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.  IFE DOES NOT SEEK TO LIMIT YOUR WARRANTY RIGHTS TO ANY EXTENT NOT PERMITTED BY LAW.

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED ABOVE, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THIS SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

The navigation library ((c) IFE/J3D.org) is licensed under the GNU LGPL Version 2.1. The source code for the navigation library is included in the library (JAR) file. A copy of the GNU LGPL license is included with the navigation library.
 
The 3D Graphics API for the Java Platform is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2 with classpath exception.
